White Dad, Brown Dad, Browner Dad - A Stand-up Comedy Show

Three dads. Nine Children. Three cultures. Forget wholesome family comedy. White Dad, Brown Dad & Browner Dad is what happens when three dudes with completely different cultural backgrounds realise they've all made the same catastrophic mistake:

They had kids.

$20 GA seats are limited, but this ain’t a parenting seminar. It's three fathers comparing notes on who's screwed up their kids the least. Hear all about it Saturday December 5th at the Hop House in TGA CBD. Because underneath all the cultural differences, they're united by one thing: They love their kids, they just occasionally wish they'd shut the F up.

Featuring BOP local legends:

CJ Pierson
Half American, half Kiwi, and father of two little girls. CJ grew up thinking America had the world's worst parenting advice, only to move to New Zealand and discover kiwis just hide their bad parenting behind a relaxed accent. Oh and he dropped one of them…

Shady Tupu
The Hori with a Story. Father of four. He's got stories about growing up Māori, raising a family, dealing with relatives, surviving modern parenting and making decisions that would probably have been better if nobody had been sober.

Jason Chand
Half Indian, half Kiwi, father of three. Jason grew up torn between two cultures and eventually settled on the white half, but melanin didn’t wash out so he married a white woman and boy are those kids cute.
